Bettner Vision

I have severe keratoconus and have tried several doctors who have fitted me with sclera lenses, but none have done as good a job as Bettner Vision. Dr. Toblar is very good at what he does. Very happy with their service and the treatment I’ve received. He always spends as much time as is needed with us and answers our questions thoroughly. They are over an hour from my home, but it has been worth it.

Dr Bettner was very thorough with my eye exam. He spent quite a bit a time explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed. The person who helped me in choosing grassed was also great to work with.

Dr. Bettner goes over your exam with you thoroughly and explains in detail about any questions you may have. His office also has a great selection of glasses to include petite sizes!😀

Probably the best eye doctor / vision center I’ve ever been to. They were incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful. They also fixed my prescription and helped me a lot with picking out the right glasses. Everyone there I interacted with was professional and courteous. I wish I remembered the lady’s name who helped me find the right glasses there. She really went above and beyond.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at Bettner Vision, and I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism this office provides. From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Bettner is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which is something I really value. He never rushes through appointments and always makes sure I feel heard and fully informed about my eye health. A special shoutout to Andrel; he is the go-to person for anything you need. He is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled correctly. Fidlin is also exceptional. He has a calm, professional presence and a genuine kindness that made my interaction feel easy and supported. However, Bettner Vision would benefit from expanding and modernizing the eyeglass selection. Many patients, myself included, would love to see a wider range of frame designs and a broader variety of colors. Updating the selection would enhance the overall experience and give customers more opportunities to find frames that reflect their personal style.

Dr Tobler is outstanding! He listens to every detail, is compassionate, educational, thoughtful, caring, remembers our family details from year to year, and provides us 100% reassurance without rush to move to the next patient. His staff is friendly and competent. Thank you so much!
