Bettner Vision

I was checked in right away. My eyes were checked and than I saw Dr Bettner. He showed me pictures of my eyes and explained everything about why my eye was not focusing. I was given a new prescription and was ready to go. The whole experience was quick and through. Thank you!

Over the course of 10 years, I've seen three different doctors here, and every single one of them has been the best of all the vision doctor I've seen in town, and I've lived here for almost 40 years, so that says a lot.

I was very impressed how everyone there was very kind and helpful. With Dr. Bettner, his receptionist, as well as the eyeglass specialist being very helpful with estimates for lenses and fixing my own glasses at no charge. Will be back! ☺️

Dr. Tobler is fantastic at what he does and was incredible with my young daughter—so kind and genuine. She warmed up to him right away, and he made us both feel completely comfortable while clearly explaining everything. We always love seeing Michelle as well. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. I recommend Betner Vision for excellent care.

I was helped by Andrel Huliganga and he was amazing! Usually in the past getting my vision checked and glasses it was a hassle because I felt like I was spending unnecessary money on (the best package ever). But I didn’t experience that car sales type package selling here! Andrel was so friendly and even showed me everything my insurance covered so I could be within budget! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, courteous, and professional. The technician who conducted my initial testing was equally impressive—thorough, knowledgeable, and clear in explaining each step of the process. The doctor exceeded my expectations. He spent at least 30 minutes answering my questions in detail and never made me feel rushed. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to ensure I fully understood everything truly set him apart. The office is equipped with modern, advanced technology that allows for comprehensive and efficient eye examinations. It’s clear they prioritize both accuracy and patient understanding. I also learned that, in addition to TRICARE Prime (for dependents), they accept VA coverage. In fact, I was referred to this office by the VA, and my comprehensive exam—including a pair of glasses—was fully covered under that benefit. Finally, I want to recognize Michelle, who assisted me with selecting and ordering my glasses. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable—an absolute pleasure to work with. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience warranted one. Although the practice has been established for years, the facility and equipment feel brand new. This is a top-tier operation delivering excellent service, expertise, and quality products. Highly recommended.
