Bettner Vision

I've been going to Bettner Vision for many years now and have always received excellent care! They treat you like family there, I highly recommend Dr Bettner and his team! 👍

Still a very good experience from support staff and both the doctors. I have been going there for ~10 years now and even though I moved 30 miles away I still choose to drive all the way up there to stay with them.

Great place for an eye exam! They have the best and newest equipment. I came there through the VA as I am a veteran. There were more than 50 choices in frames that were covered by VA costs. Plenty of them fit my smaller face since I am female. Of course, there are many more frames if one wanted to purchase a frame outside of what is allowed by VA. Very happy with my choice in frames covered by the VA.

My family and I have gone to Bettner Vision since they opened in Briargate years ago. Dr. Bettner and staff are always great. I've seen Dr Toblar several times over recent years, and he's always engaged, intentional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. During my visit this month, I worked with Kim in making my eye glass lenses/frames decision. Kim was great. She was friendly, professional, and knew her stuff. She too, was great to work with. We HIGHLY recommend Bettner Vision for professional, caring eye care.

I came into Bettner Vision on September 1, 2026 for an outstanding experience that exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I used my VSP insurance along with VA benefits to purchase two pairs of prescription glasses and they made that process easy. One person I would like to acknowledge for exceptional customer service is Michelle Molinari. Michelle assisted me and went out of her way to find a pair of SPY brand prescription glasses I was looking for. Her patience along with knowledge and understanding of the products they have to offer was incredible. I appreciated that she took time to help me find what I was looking for and was flexible on different styles and options. My only suggestion for Bettner Vision would be to restock and increase inventory of SPY brand glasses. From what I’ve gathered, SPY has a great mixture of lifestyle/sport inspired looks with high quality materials that are durable and meant to withstand activity along with being able to fit prescriptions. The frames I looked at and ended up purchasing had features such as being ANSI Z87.1 rated, made of Grilamid and acetate materials, had Happy Lens technology, and were made to accommodate prescriptions. Having these features throughout the different styles of SPY glasses is a huge draw for people who want glasses they can use everyday but also for physical activity. Dr. Chris Bettner as well as the rest of the staff were very professional. The process of checking in and receiving my eye exam made me realize how Bettner Vision excels at customer service and uses some of the best technology to accommodate patients. Everyone made me feel welcome, informed, and that I was in good hands. I would rate my experience with Bettner Vision a 5 out of 5. The knowledgeable staff, technology they use, options of glasses, and friendly customer service is what made my visit one of the best vision cares I’ve been to. Dr. Tobler is personable, professional and explained my eye health very well. The office staff are friendly and professional. Opticians are very helpful and I love the new frames they helped me pick out. Highly recommended!

Saw seen here yesterday, and have not had glasses in 15 years. Both the optometrist, Dr. Tobler and the Optician, Abdul (I think that was his name) were fantastic and super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Other than a machine not working properly, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the doctor & vision tech!! The staff that I met was friendly but the doctor & tech were just...*chefs kiss* PERFECT!! Both of them were sweet, caring, & patient with my "I don't really want to be here, super fidgety" 7 yr old son!! It was kinda far for us (45 mins) but I will DEFINITELY come back to have someone as knowledgeable & kind as our doctor. Not to mention, his bow tie & polka dots were just too cute for words!!

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Modern equipment that they know how to use. The doctor was thorough explaining the examination results. The optician understood exactly what we needed and was efficient.

I went for my annual exam today. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone is welcoming. I've been a patient at Bettner Vision for many years. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Bettner is very personable and explains everything well. Great doc!
